What a game from Michal Lasko! What a game! Italian opposite destroyed Zenit with 25 points to come along with 67% attack rate. He played with an extreme concentracion, poise and will and Russians just never had anything to stop him. Alen Pajenk, Slovenian middle blocker also took a big role in this show with always crafty and clever due of Masny and Kubiak.
On the other hand Zenit was a mess. Sivozhelez had one of the worst tournaments in his career, Mikhailov hasn’t been able to return to his old form and without the two, it’s really hard to play on the highest level.
