Four cities will be the hosts of the first round at the competition: Rome (A), Trieste (B), Verona (C) and Bari (D).
After that, teams will make two groups E (Trieste and Bari) and F (Verona and Modena) in the second phase while the third round will be held in Milan.
First day, 23 September
(A) Argentina – Croatia (10,30), Dominican Republic – Germany (17), Italy – Tunisia (20)
(B) Canada – Cameroon (10,30), Serbia – Turkey (17), Brazil – Bulgaria (20)
(C) Netherlands – Kazakhstan (10,30), Russia – Thailand (17), USA – Mexico (20)
(D) China – Puerto Rico (10,30), Japan – Azerbaijan (17), Cuba – Belgium (20)
