“It was a very tough game and we are evidently pleased with the victory, but we know we have to win also the away match coming up in two weeks in France,” said Fenerbahce libero Ramazan Serkan Kilic.
“We had ups and downs in this match but we fought together and played like a team should do. I am satisfied with our performance especially since we came back from two sets down,” said head coach Daniel Castellani.
“We could seize the night but we simply did not finish it off. After this match our chances look compromised so we probably will have to turn our focus on France’s national league and cup,” said PARIS Volley opposite Nikola Gjorgiev.
“We could watch and follow two great teams,” commented the mentor of PARIS Volley, Dorian Rougeyron. “We had to finish it off, especially after leading by two sets to none. We lost this match because of very tiny details. We wanted to win but we could not make it happen.”
