We’ve reached Week 5 of the #VolleyWorkout Preseason Training Program and now enter into the final 2-week block of training before the season starts! Here is the NEW training program:
In this final 2-week program we are looking to build on the foundations you have earned across the past 4 weeks of training, using the strength and mobility you have gained to become faster and more explosive.
During these sessions it’s important to focus on applying force quickly, rather than using as much weight as possible. Make sure you stick to the guidelines on the program in order to get the most from the exercises you’re doing.
