The guest led on the first break 6-8. After that they got to a 4 lead (7-11), but Gigantes came back to the lead by the second break 16-14. From there the game was played point for point, and the host won 26:24.
Buenos Aires showed they want to win and started with a led 1-5, then they maintained it 4-8. On the second tehcnical time-out it was 9-16. Gigantes de Sur couldn’t come back to the set and Buenos Aires won 14:25.
The third set also began for Buenos Aires (4-8). The difference remained at 3-4 points, reaching the second technical timeout with 13-16. The serve, the counterattack and fewer errors were the factors that supported the visitors to close the third set 16-25.
The fourth set started with Buenos Aires Unidos leading, and they didn’t led it go until the end 17-25.
The top scorers were Ivan Marquez with 19 points, Samica with 18 and Laneri with 16.
