The second match between the Youth's Argentine and Brazil (host) teams was very different from the first one. While the first one was for most of the light blue - white jersey teams girls their ever first international competition now, with more confidence they played a very equal match decided by a tie-breaker won by the local team 3-2 (28-26, 22-25, 25-19, 23-25, 15-9) Two more matches will take place this Friday and Saturday at the same venue.

Finding the way to stop somehow the powerful Brazilian blocking the Argentine team gave fight starting leading 8-3 on the first set having a set ball not well used with the home team winning it.

With this surprise Argentina was twice at the same score and in the fourth set, being 1-2 the girls coached by Guillermo Cáceres fought back to force the tie-breaker.

On the last set, the experience of the strong host team made the difference getting very easily a five point leadership that ended with their victory.

Argentina was much more aggressive than on the first match. Their blocking was so good that they stopped our rhythm. We had to work very hard to win this match” expressed the Brazilian coach Mauricio Thomas while Caceres also pointed out the improvement of this girls. “We played better in this second match and we can still go on improving much more. On the other side of the net there is a great team“.
