Finnish coach Pertti Honkaken directed a solid and amazing effort by using almost all his arsenal.
But on the other side of the net, the South American team also combined the work of several players
Both teams had a balanced blocking performance with 15 successful plays on each side but Brazil worked hard to serve and looked more experienced in the tie breaker by keeping concentration.
Reception was also a very important skill for Brazil, thanks to the work of libero Rogerio who succeeded in 24 plays, while Finnish Määttänen did it in only 9.
Rodrigo Leao scored 31 points and Douglas Souza totalized 26, for a Brazilian team that was tested by a surprising Finnish squad led by opposite Antti Ropponen who converted 21 points and was followed by Samuli Kaiskasako with 12.
