WCHU23 W: Brazilians outscore Kenya, improve to 2-1

Brazil returned to the path of victory after outscoring Kenya in straight sets (25-8, 25-7, 25-10).

The South American team recovered from a previous loss against China and now are 2-1 after three days of competition.

Francynne Jacintho topped with 16 points, while captain Ellen Braga closed with 10. Mara Leao and Larissa Souza finished with 6 apiece.

On the Kenyan side Violet Makuto scored 6 points. 

The Brazilian squad had no problems in terms of attack with 32 solid kills against 11 by Kenya and 9-2 in team blocks. Jacintho blocked for kills in four times, while Gabriella Souza did in two.
