The center Michael (4 aces) was elected MVP of the match. Lorena (38% in attack) seemed to be below his standards, while Vini and Camejo showed positive results. The best of RJX were Dante (56% in attack) and Lucas (69%, 2 blocks and 2 aces), but that was not enough to exceed the hosts.

Set 1: Volei Futuro started well with 2 aces of Michael (4-1) and the block of Camejo on Theo 6-1. Two blocks of Lorena on Felipe were decisive for the advantage of 9-2.

The entrance of Thiago Sens instead of Felipe did not make the difference, since Michael brought Volei Futuro to 15-8. Until the end of the set Volei kept the advantage and closed the set 25-18.

Set 2: Thiago Sens staid on the court. RJX had a good start with 0-3. However, Volei managed to even 5-5. Then Ricardinho and Michael led their team to 7-7. Dante provided the advantage for RJX first 9-10 and then of 9-12. However, the counterattack of Dentinho (11-12) and Lorena tied the score 12-12. Then RJX made errors and Volei Futuro went ahead with the excellent block of Dentinho 17-14 and Michael 19-15. They kept the lead and Dentinho closed the set with 25-22.

Set 3: Michael opened the set blocking Lucas 1-0. Vini did the same with Thiago Sens 4-2 and 6-3. Riad was replaced by Ualas who blocked Camejo getting to 8-6. Dante evened (10-10) and immediately scored 10-11 from the counterattack. After the draw 18-18, Volei Futuro wasted 2 occasions to secure the lead at 20-20 and 22-22. Then Vini with the ace led Volei to the match point (27-26). However, RJX evened 27-27 and thanks to the excellent Dante who scored 29-30, 28-29 and 29-31, won the set.

Set 4: Volei Futuro took the lead with Marlon (3-1) and Vini (6-3). The guests stopped 2 times the attack of Lorena at 6-4 and 7-6. Volei Futuro with the excellent service of Michael and Vivni secured the advantage of 17-11. Lucas and his teammates did not manage to improve the score and Volei won the set with 25-21.
