Katharina Schwabe scored 10 points for the German team, including 3 aces, while Rebecca Schapërklaus and captain Jennifer Geerties finished with 7 apiece. Violet Makuto scored 7 for Kenya and Eglay Kulova finished with 6.

The service by Germany marked the superiority, with a total of nine team aces in a match that lasted less than one hour. The team coached by Jens Tietbohl also registered a total of 6 blocking kills against only one by Kenya that surrendered 26 points in errors.

However the African team tried to improve some things in comparison to first match against USA, especially in the second set when coach Sammy Mulinge ordered them to get more points without nothing to lose.
