In fourth final match, Olympiacos narrowly defeated Panathinaikos with a score of 3-2 sets, sealing the championship series 3-1 against their eternal rivals. Despite a strong comeback attempt by Panathinaikos after being down two sets, the match went to a tie-break. Early in the tie-break, Olympiacos led 6-1, but Panathinaikos fought back, gaining a brief lead at 10-9. However, crucial plays by Slovenian opposite Tonček Štern and blocks by another Slovenian Alen Pajenk turned the tide, allowing Olympiacos to reclaim the lead and ultimately win with a final score of 15-12 in the set.

Mitar Đurić, despite suffering injury during the second set, was named the MVP of the match for his outstanding performance throughout the season. His efforts were pivotal in driving Olympiacos to their 32nd championship title.
