During the warm up before the match between Verona and Ravenna, Mitja Gasparini accidentally spiked the ball into the antenna which flew away and hit Manuele Cricca in the face! Ravenna’s player had to go to the hospital and have a few stitches.
If it is for some comfort for the injured player, Ravenna beat Verona 3-2.
