The USA Volleyball has announced that it has issued a record number of 488 International Transfer Certificates to players who have the citizenship of this country to play abroad last season.

It’s 58 more certificates than initially issued in December and 32 more than what was reported in January. Out of these 488 certificates, 369 were for female players and for 119 male players. US women competed in 41 different countries, while US men played in 28 countries.

The International Transfer Certificate (ITC) is a mandatory requirement of the FIVB for players to transfer from one National Federation to another National Federation to compete in professional leagues.
