A draw was also held for the order of the two legs of the final.  So the last battle for the European League title will start on July 22 or 23 in either  Sloveniaor  Greece and the 2014 winner will be crowned after the second final match on July 26 or 27 to be held in either  Montenegro or Macedonia.

The golden set rule applied to all CEV home-and-away competitions since the start of the 2014-2015 season will also be in force for the European League semifinals and final, i.e. in case both teams win 3 points each from the two games, a golden set will be held immediately after the second set to determine the winner.
