The one week, held as part of the CAVB Development Strategy, featured 29 participants and was led by FIVB Instructor Moustafa Ahchouche from Morocco.
The final day of the course featured a Cool Volley festival with the participation of 200 children under 12.
“The level of the course was satisfactory, especially from the teachers who wanted to use the course for enhancing the volleyball at school project,” Ahchouche said. “Now Mauritania needs more like this course for young coaches and players to improve and become close to the continental level. I want also to thank the members of the federation for their hard work to bring the course to success.”
