Brankica Mihajlović
In the summer, she came on a loan to the third team of the Russian Super League Omichka but the contract did not came into effect due to the failure of the new club leadership to fulfill the agreements signed by the former management.
“Yes, we applied Mihajlović for the Champions League, which automatically narrows the search for her new club. Theoretically, she can leave at any time. She has this option in her contract, but it is the fact, to find a club to the top player in November is very difficult” – said, in a commentary for the Russian “Sport-express”, Volero president Stav Jacobi.
Speaking of Omichka claims for Mihajlović in this story, Jacobi said it was potentially subject to the proceedings at the CEV tribunal. At the moment, situation is “frozen.”
To be more interesting, Volero is in the same Champions League pool with Omichka.
