Porto Volei won the Elite National Championship title after they defeated Leixoes Sport Club in the final match of the best-of-five series 3-1 (18-25, 26-24, 25-19, 25-22).

It means Porto Volei can add the championship to the Portuguese cup that they won on April 4.
“I’m so happy with this victory”, Porto Volei captain Vanessa Rodrigues said. “It was very difficult, we had to suffer a lot, but, in the end, our team deserved to be crowned champions. All the hard work, sacrifice and dedication has paid off.”
