Jakub Malke, a respected volleyball manager, revealed some interesting stories about Iranian players and some European clubs…

Malke gave an interview for sport.pl in which he stated that two major Iranian players had offers from Europe…

“A year ago, one Polish club offered a contract to Amir Ghafour. The contract was worth 250.000 Euros per year, and when Ghafour heard the numbers he did not even want to continue negotiations. The offer was simply too small for him. A similar thing happened to Sayed Mousavi. He had a proposal from Russia, however he also thought that the financial offer was inadequate. Saeid Marouf was the only Iranian player ever who accepted the call from Europe. But, Zenit Kazan paid very, very much for that transfer…”

Malke did not reveal the names of the clubs who wanted Ghafour and Mousavi.

Od course because they take more than 300k$ in Iran. If they have to go away from home country, they would move for much nore money. And the clubs manager talks about are from Poland

european clubs don’t need Iranian players and without them are the strongest in the world… Champions league is more attractive than all Iranian national team. just saying…

@ ?

No doubt that European clubs are strong enough even without Iranian players ,
But Iran has a great squad , Sample : Last year if Iran could reach Final 4 of world championships Instead of being Sixth , Best setter of WCH was Marof , best Middle blocker Mousavi , Best reciever Ghaemi All from Iran , You can check statistics of every position in World Championships 2014 .

for God sake! why is that ?!!

they should leave IRAN and get more fame and experience. they can come back Iran any time to have money. this is time to have some adventure.

they are good players, why on earth they don’t want to be the best?!! :((

They are the best in Iran. Going to some other country means minimum 2 years of time to get used to other, new type of life. And what for? To be the best? For them is good enough they are the best in Iran. But maybe that is what is missing to Iranian NT to become the best, not ONE OF THE BEST in the World.

Sure. We’ll see.
And we saw also last year that poland was going to lose a 2-0 won game, in front of the eyes of their fans to iran.

And to ? .
Meraj doesn’t say that iran should have reach to final four in wc.
he is saying three of iranian players were among the best according to the statistics.
mousavi as one of the best blockers(first or second)
Ghaemi as one of the best receivers and marouf.

lolz iranians…as far i know Lucas Kampa with award the best setter, Karol Klos and Max Guntor the best blocker. where are your players, setter and middle blocker if you keep claiming they were the best?

And you want to say that you don’t know that the best players awards belongs to the players of top 4 teams. And every player that not included in these four teams were eliminated.

There is a topic in sport.pl that say #for whom must be carefull plose# (translated by google translate)

And saying :

Anyway, whom he did not napsuł blood. World Championships? as Marouf? It would undoubtedly have been in the team stars, if only Iran managed to advance to the last four. After the first round in the acquis had as many as 30 blocks, and the second in this ranking competitor (American Maxwell Holt)? Germany’s only 19. Marcus Boehme and our Charles Klos, who played for medals and were recognized as the best central, placement far as Iranian.
