WORLD CUP W: Innovation for referees?

Today, one of the most popular Japanese Volleyball magazines has published some innovation for the upcoming World Cup in Japan.

They wrote that in the next World Cup, Japan will present new camera for the referees. With that cam they will be able to monitor every move of the players during the game but also they will analyze the attack of some player such as height and speed.

Will volleyball eventually lose its charm if we monitor every movement and all the time stop the game due to an error opponents?

Well, we will see…

you should be happy there is a country like japan that invest serious money in such innovations and not to complain. still there are only several countries in the world unlike to footbal that invest serious money in volleyball and make survive this sport.
