LIE: International Referee Course starts in Lichtenstein
The sixth edition of the International Referee Candidate Course (IRCC) in Lichtenstein was officially opened on August 3 by Philippe Schürmann, president of the Lichtenstein Volleyball Federation and Dr Jan Rek, president of the ERC and member of the FIVB Referee Commission.
