WL 2017: Finland sets own new record in number of fans at a volleyball game

Finnish Men’s National Team lost to Australia in the 2017 FIVB World League – Group 2 by 3-1 (25-21, 14-25, 25-21, 25-19) last night but, nevertheless, this game will enter history of the volleyball in this country.

A record number of 7,723 spectators gathered in „Hartwall Arena“ in Helsinki, to watch this game of Week 2. Finland has never seen such a huge number of fans at a volleyball game. Congratulations!
