It’s been four and a half months since my surgery. In the first two months after surgery, it was very difficult period for me. Every day I had a battle with the help of my family. Especially my wife gave me a huge support so I could be ready for the challenges. Of course, the whole team, coaches and management supported me on my way to being healthy again. For a long time I felt like a lion in the cage. Now, everything is going well and according to plan. My shoulder is in good condition and I will be ready for a start of the preparation in August,” says Gomez.

Recall that Gomez suffered a shoulder injury in the middle of the season and he was out untild the end of 2016/2017.
