If the rumor is true, we’re not surprised at all. Let’s face it, playing as an “outside hitter” is not Wlazly’s strongest suit. In case you didn’t know, the coach of Poland’s Skra Belchatow decided to turn him into a left side attacker to make way for Serbian opposite Aleksandar Atanasijevic. Mariusz Wlazly

Wlazly is not doing a terrible job in his new position but the sudden change obviously didn’t help Skra in the Polish League and in the Champions League.

Come on now, do we expect Mariusz to become a reliable receiver? The answer is a big NO! There have been times we could this unhappy look on his face.

Rumor say that Wlazly informed Skra that he doesn’t feel comfortable playing as an outside hitter anymore. If they can’t do anything about it, the he would leave the team.

Wlazly is not the only one who is reportedly planning on leaving the team. The blue eyed Michal Winiarski might also not renew his contract and there’s a possibility he would play in Russia or Turkey.

Look at Kurek for example. He seems to be having fun playing in Russia after spending most of his pro career playing for Skra.
