Legendary Polish volleyball player Malgorzata Glinka-Mogentale has criticized the way Poland played at the European Championship.

There should be no minimum plan in the sport, you always need to aim the highest goals. There is no place for the word minimum in a team or federation, it can’t be on the coach’s lips because for me it’s a form of escape from the responsibility of the result. These European Championships were not a great event for the team and for our entire volleyball. The girls have done a lot of work throughout the entire period, however, this is not about the work, but about style. The fan sits down in front of the TV and sees an ugly volleyball. I believed that the step made by the national team would be bigger, but that was not the case,” says Malgorzata-Glinka.
