Although Fakel announced during the summer that it has signed contract with Mauricio Borges, club had to cancel this transfer.
“Unfortunately we can’t sign Mauricio Borges, due to financial crisis in the club. We will start new season without foreign players” said Pavel Mikhailov, Sports Director of Fakel.
Recall that club has already announced that this transfer might not happen, and that player’s agents then stated that this case will go in front of FIVB.
