Yesterday, we wrote that Ivan Zaytsev might miss the F6 due to an ankle injury, and now this prestigious tournament could stay without one more volleyball star.
“Spiridonov has high temperature. He picked up a virus, and it is a serious step backwards in physical form. But, we still hope that he will play in the final battles of the Russian Cup” said Vladimir Alekno, head coach of Zenit.
Final Six of the Russian Cup starts on December 23 and lasts until December 28.
