According to Russian “Sport-Express” FIVB will expand the World League Group 1 to 12 teams in 2016. The change should become official after the FIVB meeting in August.

It means that Russia will remain in the World League Group 1, despite finishing the tournament at the last place in 2015. This source writes that the Russian Volleyball Federation has already been informed that the men’s national team will stay in the top rank.

Still we should all wait for the official decision of FIVB which will be clear in August.

So , Brazil,Russia,Serbia,Italy,Australia,Iran,France,USA,Poland, and the other three teams perhaps Argentina,Germany and Bulgaria. i guess it will be three groups each four teams.otherwise It would be like 2013, 2 groups each 6 teams which was the worst format ever.
