Firstly, Tetyukhin got hit by Konstantin Bakun right in the face! The impact was so strong that legendary Russian player stayed down for couple of seconds, while Bakun immediately approached to see if everything is OK with Tetyukhin.
Just a couple of points later, it was Tetyukhin who made a powerful spike, while the ball hit Alexander Markin in the head.
