RVF has expected that foreign coaches who would apply for a job in RNTs should be able to speak Russian language. It is a reasonable demand taken into account a history of Soviet/Russian volleyball….
On other hand a Russian coach who will run a RNT(men or women) should be able to speak /communicate in English. He will represent the country on various events, take press conferences and English functions as Latin in past. It is also precondition to obtain know-how from various connected matters elaborated and published abroad, mainly in English.. The special sport science, supplements, psychology, etc seems to be such topics… Moreover top level coaches could share their knowledge on various websites, publish and make presentations abroad… Will they do it or situations will be saved by assistants? We will see…
Compare successes of Brazil, Italy etc – they picked up a lot info from abroad and now are ready to share them on a volleyball global market…
