“Our opponents are traveling to Serbia with the goal to take three points from this match but we will be doing our best to provide MUSZYNA with good resistance” says Nikolina Lukic. “We have to keep our errors to a minimum and possibly exploit their mistakes. I think this is the only way to go if we want to win one or two sets and hence bring home some points from this clash” she adds.
“We know our next opponents pretty well and they will surely try to play their best as they need to get points to qualify to the next stage of the competition” adds another local heroine, Ljubica Kecman. “We have nothing to lose and we can only promise we will play our best, hoping to have the usual support from our fans”.
“The decision to join this competition was very courageous from our club especially since we have a group of very young players” stresses head coach Ratko Pavlicevic. “We have been assigned to a group with first-class teams including MUSZYNA. They have a very balanced roster, comprising members of Poland’s national team and some good foreign players. We are trying to stand their quality by playing as good as we can although it is clear that we lack the necessary experience to claim more positive results” he concludes.
