JPN W: JT Marvelous win the match of the round, great display of Brankica Mihajlovic

The Serbian players Brankica Mihajlovic has scored 38 points in a 3-2 win over Hisamitsu Springs.


These two teams met each other in the playoff finals, where Hisamitsu won both games to lift the trophy. So, this was some kind of revenge.

Yumaka Imamura had 25 points, while Yuki Ishi ended the game with 23 in Hisamitsu. Brankica Mihajlovic was the top scorer and her teammate Mizuki Tanaka contributed with 21 points.

Neriman Ozsoy led her team Toyota Auto Body Queenseis to the victory over Nec Red Rockets. The Turkish player ended the match with 23 points.

Jana Kulan had also a great display, leading her team to the win with 30 points!

Denso – Ageo 3-0 (25-21, 25-22, 25-23)

Toray – Okayama 3-1 (25-14, 16-25, 25-23, 25-22)

NEC Red Rockets – Body Queenseis 0-3 (17-25, 20-25, 18-25)

JT Marvelous – Hisamitsu Springs 3-2 (25-20, 21-25, 14-25, 25-19, 15-10)

Blue Cats – Kurobe 0-3 (18-25, 19-25, 28-30)

Probably because the final consisted of only two teams, so a dream team wouldn't really be representative of the champions league and a bit unnecessary, but that's just my opinion :) Reply
