At the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Challenge played in Dubai, UAE, gold medals and winners trophies goes for Isabel Schneider and Julia Sude in the women’s competition and David Ahman and Jonatan Hellvig in the men’s competition.
David Ahman and Jonatan Hellvig from Sweden won gold by defeating Argentine team Tomas Capogrosso and Nicolas Capogrosso in the grand finals with a score 2-0 (21-17, 21-12). The bronze went to the USA team Taylor Crabb and Paul Lotman. In match for the 3rd place they beat Adrian Heidrich and Leo Dillier of Switzerland 2-0 (21-15-21-18).
In the women’s competition, the German duo Isabel Schneider and Julia Sude won gold by defeating Molly Turner and Madelyne Anderson from the United States 2-0 (21-17, 21-14) in the final match. Bronze went to Taravadee Naraphornrapat and Worapeerachayakorn Kongphopsarutawadee from Thailand. In the decisive match, they were better than the American duo Katie Horton and Julia Scoles 2-0 (21-10, 21-18).
