Agustín Ramonda scored 26 points and Ezequiel Palacios 22 for Argentina, that beat Puerto Rico 3-2 (25-18, 22-25, 25-18, 20-25, 15-12) in the match for third place on saturday.
Argentina won bronze after tie-break game
Along with Ramonda and Palacios, Gustavo Vaca registered 17 points while Ivan Postemsky scored 11 for the South American team that won the Bronze medar at Men’s VIII Pan American Cup.
On the Puerto Rican side, Ezequiel Cruz closed with 24 points. Sequiel Sanchez scored 18, captain Roberto Muniz closed with a total of 12 and Jean Carlos Ortiz with 11.
