The team from Campinas defeated SESI-SP in a great match by 3-2 (21-17, 21-18, 13-21, 18-21 and 15-12) in the Gymnasium “Vila Leopoldina”, in São Paulo.

With this result, team led by the coach Alexandre Rivetti passed this phase in first place.

With 100% success and sixth straight wins, Vôlei Brasil Kirin finished with 16 points, in front of SESI-SP who is placed second with 14.

This way the team from Campinas will rest in the first round of knockout phase and moves straight to the semifinals.

The team that has also won in this round is Taubaté Vôlei, who in São Caetano defeated the home team by 3-0.

Also, Climed Atibaia won in São Bernardo by 3-0.

With the end of the first phase, the quarterfinal clashes are set. SESI-SP will play against São Caetano. São José faces Atibaia, and Taubaté and São Bernardo make last duel. Brazil Kirin advanced directly to the semifinals.

In each clash, both teams will play one game at home court. If the score after two matches become 1-1, the golden set will be played on September.
