FIN M: VaLePa find new „victim“ to extend winning streak to 9 games, Hurrikaani set new 2017/18 record in Finland

VaLePa Sastamala are on fire in the Finnish men’s volleyball championship Mestaruusliiga.

In Round 20 of the Finnish men’s volleyball championship Mestaruusliiga, the defending champions VaLePa Sastamala found the new „victim“ – Lentopalloseura Etta, 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 28-26).  Urpo Sivula highlighted the winning side with 23 points (4 kill blocks), leading them to the 9th straight win! On the other side, Antti Ronkainen made 13 points.

Hurrikaani-Loimaa, for whom Matti Oivanen noted 12 points (4 kill blocks), swept Rantaperkiön Isku by a 3-0. By looking at all game results in Finland this season, the win of Hurrikaani today, partially 25-14, 25-16, 25-14, was made with the biggest points by team difference in relation to the rivals (+31).
