Second-seed Montana became the only team to achieve two wins in the playoff quarterfinal series and secure a berth in the semifinals. They swept No.7 Dobrudja 07 but only after an intense Game 2, which ended with a tie-break, partially 21-25, 25-21, 25-20, 15-25, 15-13. The Russian prospect from Montana, Kirill Klets, dominated today as he scored 22 points, including 7 aces. Martin Mechkarov topped Dobrudja with 16 points, while Denimir Dimitrov and Teodor Yordanov recorded 5 kill blocks apiece.

No.8 Marek Union-Ivkoni Dupnitsa stunned top-seed Neftochimic 2010 Burgas by a 3-0 to tie the series at 1-1.

Thanks to 32 points (4 aces, 3 kill blocks) from their captain Smilen Mlyakov and 5 kill blocks from Teodor Bogdanov, No.5 Levski Sofia leveled the series with No.4 Pirin Razlog.

The third-seed CSKA returned the series against No.6 Hebar Pazardzhik to their home ground as they beat them in Game 2 in straight-sets, partially 25-20, 25-20, 25-21.
