“I was one of few persons that he told the information about his resignation. Now he has a family and his family comes first. He wants to spend more time with his family in Istanbul, especially during the summer. I do not have kids so I can’t judge his choice. I respect it, but still I was shocked and disappointed as well. He continues working in Vakifbank, so nothing changes…”, says Sloetjes.
Anne Buijs is also disappointed after being informed about Guidetti’s decision.
“I absolutely didn’t see it coming. I am very shocked and disappointed. It could have been a nice journey. I understand his choice to be with his family. I wish him much happiness and love with his family”, says Buijs.
Recall that Guidetti said that it was hardest decision in his life.
