After failing to qualify for the both 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, they want to try to win the ticket for the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020. They have set this goal for the next four years.
Also, among the initiatives they also want to raise the level of the Chinese league, increasing the number of teams, with the inclusion of more high-level athletes so they can help develop local players.
Their goal is to advance to the Olympic Games with Chinese women’s national team as well. China are searching for a head coach of women’s team too, since Lang Ping has announced that she won’t lead the team anymore.
