The 12-day course began Monday, October 8. The programme will be divided into 88 hours of theoretical, practical and video sessons, helping participants develop their knowledge and giving them the tools to spread the game of volleyball in their country.

The course is being run in collaboration with Olympic Solidarity and the FIVB, and instructed by Mostafa Ahchouche from Marocco.

The opening ceremony was attended by Jacob Gbeti, president of the National Olympic Committee (NOC), Gille Gilbert, general secretary of the NOC, Ntime Gemba, representing the Ministry of Sports and Culture, the president of the National Federation of School Sports, and Central African Republic volleyball association president Jérôme Lavou.
