In an interview for czestochowa.sport.pl, Frenchman revealed why he left Al Jazeera Abu Dhabi.
“It was great in Abu Dhabi at the beginning. Sun, beach, a lot of free time, easy workouts… I thought that everything would be fine, but I was wrong. As time was passing by I missed serious work and high level volleyball. And eventually they decided to break a contract with me after we lost one match by 3-2! They gave me two reasons – I served the ball into the net twice, and once I hit the antenna! No, I am not kidding (laughs). I had several offers from different countries, but i am happy because I returned to Poland. Here I can play real volleyball” said Samica.
