Zenit-Kazan won the 2021 Russian Men’s Volleyball Cup, whose Final Four was held in Saint Petersburg.
Zenit-Kazan stormed past national champions Dinamo Moscow with a score of 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-23) in the final of the 2021 Russian Men’s Cup (Кубок России). The victory in the decisive game of the Final Four in Saint Petersburg brought the jubilee 10th trophy in the competition to the club from the Tatarstan region, who has achieved such success a record number of times in history of the tournament. Already upon winning the last Cup prior to this one, in 2019, Zenit-Kazan surpassed Belogorie (8 trophies) on the all-time list of the competition winners.
Dmitriy Volkov top-scored the team commanded by Aleksey Verbov against Dinamo Moscow with 14 points.
