Middle blocker Jadranka Budrovic believes that the support of the home fans will be a good bonus for her side against such a strong rival:
“Scavolini is a very experienced team, but we shall not be afraid of this. This shall actually be an additional motivation for all of us” she says.
Captain Ana Bjelica adds she knows this competition is very demanding: “I can’t promise a good result for our side, we first should have fun while playing”.
Head coach Ratko Pavlicevic stresses that via this game the Serbian fans will have the chance to see one of the strongest Italian teams in action: “We will try to play our best; we are motivated and determined for this. Via such matches we always get valuable experience for our young players” he says.
