With the assistance of Kamil Skladowski, the Spokesman for the Polish Volleyball League, the Italian expert Andrea Anastasi has published a book whose name is “Licencja na trenowanie“ (Training license) and is completely written in the Polish language.
Anastasi, now ONICO Warszawa head coach, has been working in Poland for nine years and, in the book, he described his first steps in the professional career of a coach, his adventures with Poland Men’s National Team, the backstage of a defeat at the Olympic Games in London, leaving the Polish team and subsequent successes with Trefl Gdańsk.
The Italian expert will donate a part of his earnings from the book to a charitable organization “Fundacja Herosi“ who actively helps children with cancer and orphanages.
The 58-year-old Anastasi is a three-time CEV Men’s European Championship (two times with Italy and one time with Spain) and FIVB World League winner (two times with Italy and one time with Poland) each as a head coach.
