Once more, the Argentine Youth's Girls Team won a crown, this time at the International Festival Cidade de Estrela in the city of Porto Alegre this Sunday in an international friendly competition for U 17 girls' teams. A perfect competition for the light blue - white jersey team girls, coached by Guillermo Cáceres that this Monday return to Argentina.

Great competition for the Argentine Youth’s in Brazil

Argentina won leading the first round and then all the matches improving their performance in a week full of matches against Brazilian teams. They overcame twice, in the debut and in the final match, the host team of Martin Luther School, in front, specially at the last match a great number of volleyball fans, this Sunday afternoon.

The rival at the Semi-Final match was Notre Dame from Passo Fundo, with the girls winning once more 2-0 with the Argentine girls leading from the very start with great serving of Camila Hiruela – that finished becoming the MVP of the final match and of the tournament itself) supported by Sol Piccolo (best spiker). There were no changes in the match and the coaching team added from the bench Michlig, Rodríguez and Tibaldo, all showing great output.

The team will returns this Monday to Rosario to keep preparing themselves for the South American Championship that will qualify for the 2013 World Championship.
