Nicola Negro will remain the head coach of the Brazilian women’s volleyball club Itambé/Minas.

There’s no official confirmation yet but, allegedly, the adventure of Italian expert Negro with Minas will continue in the 2021/22 season. The head coach’s contract with the Superliga club has a clause for an automatic renewal this summer in case both parties are satisfied with the collaboration. And it seems they are.

Negro arrived in Brazil at the beginning of the 2019/20 season and won the South American Club Championship, Brazilian Cup, and Mineiro Championship twice with Minas.
