By losing to Førde in Round 13 by a 3-2 (20-25, 21-25, 25-18, 25-23, 15-6), Randaberg said goodbye to one of the top two spots in the regular season standings that secure an automatic berth for the playoffs. It means Randaberg will play the qualifications for the playoffs.
