Cucine Lube Civitanova collected the eighth victory in a row in the 2021/22 SuperLega Credem Banca. The streak of consecutive successes of the titleholders was enriched today by the victory in three sets, partially, 25-23, 25-23, 25-15, over Top Volley Cisterna in Round 9. Brazilian Ricardo Lucarelli tallied 16 points for the ’Red and Whites’. The three points earned allowed Lube to reach 28 at the top of the standings, bringing the advantage over Sir Safety Conad Perugia and Itas Trento to +6.

Speaking of Perugia, they had to work hard to surpass Kioene Padova and earn three points, by which they moved up to the second position in the standings.

The bad start to the season is definitely behind the dream team of Leo Shoes PerkinElmer Modena, which recorded the third win in a row and progressed to sixth place in the charts.

Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza have returned to the winning paths after two successive defeats. They swept Gioiella Prisma Taranto and remained fifth-placed.
