Tomis Constanta
Romanian side managed to win after a tie-break and to take home two significant points. Ventzislav Simeonov with 25, Bojan Janić with 20 and Stanislav Petkov with 17 were the most deserving ones for the big win of Tomis Constanta in Piacenza. In the home team Kevin Le Roux made 21, while Hristo Zlatanov scored 17 points.
Olympiacos has taken the full package against Posojilnica away, with an outstanding performance of Andrii Diachkov who made 19 points.
One more Belgian club has been victorious at the start of the CEV Champions League. Precura Antwerp has downed Hypo Tirol Innsbruck after a big battle in four sets, and the man of the match was without any doubt Marien Moreau who made 31 points for the home side.
Finally, Jastrzebski Wegiel did not have any problems in Spain and collected the convincing win over CAI Teruel.
