ITA M: Sirci on contract extension with Atanasijević – „Everyone tells me ‘renew it, renew it’…”

Gino Sirci, the president of an Italian men’s Serie A1 club Sir Safety Conad Perugia, was interviewed by Umbria TV, speaking about the contract situation with Aleksandar Atanasijević, Serbian opposite.

“We are talking with Atanasijević. Everyone tells me ‘renew it, renew it’. We must see as we are dealing with the numbers the boy wants, which are high. However, we think that he earns them. We will see. We will define it, let’s say, after the Italian Cup. We decide on the contracts of the big players after, what we define, the ‘first evaluation’ of the season. Confirmation should arrive towards early February, but we will still have to see,” iVolley Magazine transferred Sirci’s words.
