UGA: Uganda hosts VCP for coaches

A FIVB Volleyball Cooperation Programme (VCP) Coaches Course successfully concluded Kampala, Uganda on Monday with 33 participants travelling from across the country to attend.

FIVB instructor Alemayehu Shoatatek Kassengne said he believed the course would have a positive impact on Ugandan volleyball

FIVB instructor Alemayehu Shoatatek Kassengne from Ethiopia helped run the course, which began on May 6.

The awarding ceremony was attended by Jasper Aligawesa, general secretary of the National Council of Sports, as well as Uganda Volleyball Federation president Nasiwu Sadik.

The course was praised by Kassengne adding that he felt the participants will make a positive impact on Ugandan volleyball.
